1/2 sheet of seaweed
1/4 cups Sushi Rice, Cooked and Seasoned
Sesame seeds
1/8 avocado
2 sticks crab cake
2 teaspoons Masago
- Cut seaweed in a half.
- Spread sushi rice over the seaweed.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice then turn it over.
- Place sliced avocado, crab cakes and sushi egg in the center of seaweed.
- Using bamboo mat, roll.
